How Submission Works
Before You Submit
Submitting a photo to Aperture Photo Club is straightforward, but there are a few important things to confirm before you send your entry. First, make sure your photograph is original work captured by you personally within the last 12 months. Review the Club Rules to confirm your image meets the format requirements — JPG, JPEG, PNG, or GIF only, with a maximum file size of 1MB. Give your file a clean name with no spaces or special characters before attaching it. Once you complete the form below, your submission will be sent directly to the club administrators for review and placement in the appropriate voting pool.
You may submit one photograph per category per month. If you wish to enter all three categories, you will need to complete and send a separate form for each entry. Submissions close on the 20th of each month at midnight Eastern Time. After that point, your entry cannot be added to the current month's voting round, but it may be held and reconsidered for the following month's pool at the administrator's discretion. If you have any questions about your submission or have not received a confirmation email within 48 hours of submitting, please reach out directly at leowhumbach@gmail.com.
